and decorated recently including a new
private screened heated pool with spa. We
offer high speed cable Internet modem availability
for guests who need to "keep in touch."

The location is in the desirable Captiva Village area. It is an easy walk to anything
you need including great restaurants, convenient
shops, and vacation activities. Some of the
local restaurants have daily entertainment.
Captiva Cutie can
accommodate up to eight in its 3 bedrooms and 2 baths
(one with Jacuzzi tub), and sleeper sofa.
It has a new kitchen and two new baths (one
with a jacuzzi). |

This vacation home features a living
room with ceiling fan, a screened lanai, and
a screened new private pool with Jacuzzi and
waterfall. Captiva
Cutie is tastefully decorated in fun tropical
colors offset by Mexican ceramic tile and wall
to wall carpeting (in the bedrooms).

The screened lanai opens from the living room and is connected to the pool. It is a great place for a romantic dinner or to begin your day while taking in the colorful and lush tropical plants that surround the property... or to relax after a refreshing swim.

The convenience of the one floor construction
makes it a great family vacation home.
Each bedroom has a TV and VCR.
Bedding consists of two queen size beds,
two twins and a queen sleeper sofa.
