Cleaning fees are included in all 7 night rental rates.
A cleaning charge may be added for stays less than 7 nights.
Normal 7 night stay.
Check-in is Saturday at 4 PM (16:00 hr).
Check-out is Saturday at 10:00 AM (10:00 hr).

Smoking and pets are NOT permitted inside the home.
